Certified Mediation Services

Mediation is an alternative dispute resolution process in which a third party, the mediator, works to facilitate an agreement between adverse parties. Alternative dispute resolution can be helpful in several situations: pre- and mid-litigation, contracts, divorce, custody, and other matters. Mediation is a valuable resource for parties wishing to avoid the expense and stress of a contested hearing or trial. Certified mediators are trained and able to act as a neutral intermediary through the difficult process of coming to a positive middle-ground.

State of Texas public policy favors settling matters outside of court, whenever possible. Courts in many Texas Counties require parties to attend mediation before a final trial can be set. If you believe mediation might be right for your situation, please contact my office for an assessment.

NOTE:

Please specify which service you are seeking when you contact our office. We are unable to provide both legal consult or representation and mediation services to the same clients. We are here to help you understand your options.
