We strive to work with clients to develop fee agreements that are reasonable and fair. Our hourly rates are determined on a sliding scale based on current U.S. Health and Human Services poverty guidelines. The retainer, the amount needed upfront, will depend on the estimated amount of time and necessary to obtain a client’s objectives.
